The 3D Secure process is controlled by your card provider and, unfortunately, there's not much we can do to help with any issues at this stage of checkout.
Although, we often find that problems with 3D Secure are down to browser or device compatibility issues.
If you can, we'd recommend trying to place your again using a different computer or device. Even using a different browser - e.g. Google Chrome instead of Safari - often does the trick.
You’ll know straight away if the transaction goes through, as you’ll see a page confirming your order has been successful.
Otherwise, we'd recommend contacting your card provider and they should hopefully be able to help on their side.
