Most vouchers arrive by email within a few minutes of purchase, along with your receipt.
Every now and then, it might take up to 30 minutes for your voucher to generate – but never longer than that.
If your voucher doesn't appear in your inbox, we'd recommend checking your junk, spam or promotions folders in case it's been filtered there.
You can also access your voucher at any time when signed in by heading to My Orders, or going to Account > My Vouchers.
