As all bookings are subject to availability, we do recommend booking as early as you can to avoid disappointment. Weekend bookings in particular are often the most popular and they tend to fill up quickly.
If you can't make a booking for a day or time which suits and it's less than 14 days since you purchased, we're happy to offer a full refund.
If it's more than 14 days since you purchased we sadly can't offer a refund, but you could perhaps gift your voucher to a friend or family member so they can use it instead.
