Your voucher includes a How to Book section with all the details you’ll need — whether that’s an email address, phone number, or booking link.
Most vouchers need to be booked in advance, and the venue may ask for your voucher code when you book, so it’s handy to keep it nearby. Some vouchers also include a PIN, but this should only be given to the venue when you visit and redeem your voucher.
If your voucher says no advance booking is needed, you’re welcome to visit the venue whenever you like — just check the times listed in the small print first.
You’ll also find a book-by date in the When section of your voucher, so make sure to book before then.
When your booking day comes around, simply present your voucher at the venue. Most places are happy to accept vouchers shown on your phone - especially via our handy paperless voucher option. We’ll always confirm this in your voucher’s small print.
