You'll likely need to make a booking with the venue in advance of using your voucher. To check this and confirm how your booking should be made, please see the How to Book section of your voucher.
It may be that you need to phone or email the venue, or you can often book online straight away. Most vouchers also have a last date for booking, which you can find in the When section.
The venue might ask for your voucher code when you make your booking, so please have this to hand. Your voucher may also include a PIN, but this should only be given to the venue when you visit and actually use your voucher.
If your voucher says no advance booking is needed you're welcome to head the venue whenever you like, subject to the times stated in the small print.
When your booking comes around you'll need to present your voucher to the venue. Most venues are happy to accept vouchers shown on phones - ideally via our dedicated 'paperless' function - but it may be that you need to print your voucher for redemption. We'll confirm this either way in the small print.
