We'd recommend that you pass your comments on to the venue as soon as possible, and they'll hopefully be able to help. Please just keep in mind that if your complaint wasn't mentioned at the time, it may be tricky for them to investigate retrospectively.
Where possible, we'd always recommend raising any feedback during your visit so the venue has the opportunity to put things right.
