Event tickets can't generally be exchanged, but if we're still selling tickets for another date or time you're welcome to drop us a line at support@itison.com and we'll see if we can help.
Just make sure to get in touch from your registered email address, quoting your ticket codes and the date and/or time you'd like to swap to; subject to availability.
If you can no longer attend the event, you're also welcome to pass your tickets on to a friend or family member so they can attend instead.
