Your itison credit comes as a 16-digit code that you enter at checkout to deduct the value from your order.
Your credit can be used across multiple orders until it either runs out or expires (whichever happens first). So, if you don’t use the full balance in one go, the remainder will stay valid for your next order.
Only one credit can be used per order, but if you have more than one credit you'd like to spend then you can combine them into a single credit.
To use your credit:
- At checkout, select Add a gift card, promo code or itison credit?
- If your code pops up automatically, click Use This Code.
- If not, type it in exactly as it appears (including hyphens) and hit Enter Code.
Your total will update, and you’re good to go!
If your credit is for a gift, you can easily pass the code to your recipient - they don’t need access to your account to use it.
