If our emails have stopped landing in your inbox, they might’ve been marked as spam or junk by mistake – it happens!
Here’s what to try:
- Check your junk, spam or promotions folders – our emails sometimes get filtered there.
- If you spot one, look for an option like “This isn’t spam” or “Re-subscribe” at the top of the email. Clicking that should help our emails land back in your main inbox.
- Manually moving one of our emails into your inbox can help too – it tells your email provider we’re not junk.
- To stop it happening again, add hello@itison.com and support@itison.com to your contacts – that lets your email provider know we’re someone you want to hear from!
