lf our emails have stopped arriving, it's usually because they've been marked as spam.
We'd recommend checking your junk, spam or promotions folders to see if our recent emails have been filtered there. If so, there's usually an option at the top of each email to say "this isn't spam". If you select this, our emails should start arriving back in your main inbox.
Manually moving our emails into your main inbox often helps too.
We'd also recommend adding our email addresses - hello@itison.com and support@itison.com - to your saved email contacts. This should tell your email provider that we're someone you want to hear from!
