The day before your order is due to be delivered, you’ll receive a tracking link via text. On the day itself, the tracking link will update with an estimated delivery window to help you plan your day.
If you're not going to be in, you can let us know and ask that your order is left in a safe space or with a neighbour. We'll make sure your order stays fresh with insulation and cool packs, but you should still aim to refrigerate it as soon as possible.
In order for alcoholic drinks to be delivered, someone must be able to provide valid ID which confirms they are over 18. Accepted forms of ID include a photo driving licence, passport, or proof of age card such as a PASS card. If we're unable to verify age we can’t deliver alcohol and sadly no refunds can be made.
