Deliveries are currently made by our friendly concierge team on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays depending on our featured restaurants.
The exact delivery dates available for your chosen menu will be advertised before you order, and you can select your preferred date at checkout.
You can usually also opt to collect your order in person.
The day before your order is due to be delivered, you’ll receive a tracking link via text. On the day itself, the tracking link will update with an estimated delivery window to help you plan your day.
In the event of any problems, please let us know at email@example.com and we’ll do what we can to help. If you’re not going to be in, please get in touch via the tracking link.
Please just keep in mind that for alcoholic drinks to be delivered, someone must be able to provide valid ID which confirms they are over 18. Accepted forms of ID include a photo driving licence, passport, or proof of age card such as a PASS card. If we're unable to verify age, we can’t deliver alcohol and sadly no refunds can be made.
