What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?

In the rare circumstance whereby an event is cancelled, we will do our very best to email and let you know as soon as we find out.

We will also issue a full refund for your tickets, which will be paid back onto the bank or credit card used to buy.

If there is a change to an event's advertised date or venue, we will do our best to advise you of the new details.  Your tickets may still be valid for the rescheduled event, so get in touch with support@itison.com for further help.
