If you're going on holiday or just suffering from inbox-overload, you can choose to stop receiving emails from us for a few weeks. You'll still be able to sign in and view your vouchers and tickets, you just won't receive a daily itison email. Once your break is over, we'll automatically resume sending your emails.
To take an email break, please sign in to your itison account and select My Emails or visit My Emails.
You'll then be given the option to Take a break and choose how long you'd like to turn your emails off for - either one, two, three weeks or a month. You can then select Take A Break to confirm the request.
If you'd prefer, you can also receive a weekly email instead by selecting Send Me A Weekly Email.
If you're using itison on a mobile device, please select the Menu icon and then My Emails.
