Some venues might become busier than usual during the validity period of a deal. Try to keep this in mind when getting in touch.
Restaurants will be busier around lunch and dinner time, and hotels around their check-in/out times. If they can't answer your call first time, it may be worth trying again when they're a bit quieter.
