I’ve entered my details but nothing is happening

Once you've successfully completed your order you should see a message of thanks, and also receive notification of your order by email.

If you don't see a message of thanks there might be a problem with your order - perhaps some of your details are missing.  Look for any messages, either near the top or next to a field in the checkout, which will let you know if some details are wrong or missing.

I'm afraid we don't accept American Express or PayPal, but you can pay using any other UK credit or debit card.

If you have entered all your details correctly and can't see any messages, please get in touch on support@itison.com.
