I didn’t get to personalise my item

Please don’t worry – any personalisation of an item will always happen after your voucher order from itison.  You will usually need to email the required information to the deal provider, or enter it on their website. 

Full details on how to do so will be provided within the ‘How to Book’ section of your voucher.
